The Kansas Education Freedom Network (KEFN), a new division of KSHE (Kansas Home Educators), has officially launched with a mission to champion educational freedom across the state. KEFN is committed to supporting homeschooling families through encouragement, empowerment, and legislative advocacy, ensuring that diverse learning models are available to all.
At KEFN, we understand that homeschooling looks different for each family. We value and promote various types of learning models that provide flexibility and support for homeschool parents and their children. These models include hybrid schools, micro-schools, tutors, online courses, and other innovative options that can help families tailor education to fit their unique needs.
KEFN volunteers work to ensure Kansans have the freedom to choose the best education for their children.
Join our FB Group! This is where the real conversations happen. The KEFN FB group features posts with information about issues involving all types of non-accredited private schools in Kansas. This is the place to educate yourself about school funding and legislative issues. Join the conversation!
