Kansas Home Educators (formerly Teaching Parents Association TPA) exists to encourage, educate and support homeschool families throughout the state of Kansas. We have been helping parents educate their children for over 35 years!
KSHE provides resources for homeschool parents such as listings of support groups and co-ops, as well as workshops throughout the year, ITBS Testing, and an annual convention with over 100 vendors and 60 workshops!
Need more information about homeschooling? Need help with a homeschool issue? Kansas Home Educators has a large group of volunteers who are long time homeschool veterans - and most of them are still homeschooling. We are available to answer your questions or point you toward resources and support so you can keep homeschooling your children.
KSHE is also available to travel throughout the state to your group and conduct workshops of any type - for FREE! Some workshops we offer are How To Homeschool High School, Homeschool 101, and How To Make Lesson Plans. If you have a specific need, we can help! We have many volunteers ready to speak at your event.
