Photos Needed
(5) High School Activity Photos – REQUIRED – DIGITAL FORMAT
(1) Teacher with Student Photo – REQUIRED – DIGITAL FORMAT
(1-2) Senior Pictures
o First Senior Picture – REQUIRED – DIGITAL FORMAT
▪This is strictly a close-up head-and-shoulders shot with only portrait orientation
o Second Senior Picture of a different pose may be submitted for the student video. Can be portrait or landscape orientation. The first senior picture will be used in the video if an additional photo isn’t submitted.
Submitting Photos
• Send digital copies using the following instructions.
1. Photos will be submitted during registration. You will be guided through uploading each photo on the registration form.
2. Send each photo separately (due to size)
3. Send each photo with its own unique subject line o Last name, first name, Activity Photo1 (or Teacher-Student Photo, or Senior Photo1, etc)
4. Photos need to be attached to the email and in jpg format
5. If scanning is used, 300 dpi is needed
Photo Release Form
• To release photographer’s copyright for all professional photos.
• One form must be submitted for all senior portrait pictures, professional or personal.
• Can be downloaded here.
DO:
• Submit activity pictures of an extracurricular activity that you put time & effort in to. Things like “hanging out with friends” is not an extracurricular activity. Please…no vacation photos either.
• Pay attention to the background of your photo. Please avoid photos with “clutter” & glare from mirrors or windows, etc. It takes a lot of extra time to use photoshop to clean the photo up.
DON’T:
• Submit blurry photos of any kind – any blur is enhanced when enlarged
• Submit photos with red eyes
• Group photos are discouraged for visual purposes – the audience has a hard time deciphering which one is the graduate in the short time that the photo is viewed.
